Participation in the publication of the book “Extinction of Tax Obligation in Theory and Practice”

Partner Fernando Brandão Whitaker is part of the team of contributors to the book “Extinction of Tax Obligation in Theory and Practice – A Multidisciplinary View,” recently published by Editora Quartier Latin, having participated in the elaboration of the chapter “The need for regulation of the sole paragraph of article 156 of the National Tax Code,” co-authored with lawyer Vivian Ribeiro Westphalen. The work addresses the phenomenon of the extinction of tax obligation from various perspectives and is part of the Research Incentive Plan of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP.
