Janaina de Souza Cunha Rodrigues

Lawyer graduated from Paulista University – UNIP (2002), with extension courses in Constitutional Law (2004), Corporate Governance (2009), Personal Data Protection and Privacy (2018), Impact Reports – Personal Data Protection (2021), LGPD 360, Data Protection and Privacy (2021), Practical Implementation of LGPD (2021), Data Protection Officer Qualification (2021). She is a member of the Research Group on Law and the Internet, LGPD Observatory (Faculty of Law of Ribeirão Preto-USP). She is a founding member and part of the Legal Board of IAPD – Advanced Institute for Data Protection. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo section. She works in the areas of business, contractual and digital law.
