Preventive: legal audits (assistance in obtaining documents, preparation of legal audit reports indicating potential risks and possible alternatives for structuring the targeted real estate transaction), analysis and monitoring of ongoing procedures before the City Hall, INCRA (National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform), and the Secretariat of Federal Assets;
Advisory: real estate contracts in general (property leases, purchase and sale agreements, loan for use, built-to-suit agreements, surface rights, deeds in general); structuring of real estate transactions, estate and corporate planning with a real estate and tax focus, real estate developments, condominiums and subdivisions, administration of real estate contracts;
Litigation: actions aimed at discussing and enforcing real estate contracts (eviction actions, rent reviews, repossession, compulsory adjudication, among others).
