The lawsuit may be filed directly against administrators and controllers. The CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission), the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, affected investors holding at least 5% of the securities of the same type or class, and the debenture holders&#8217; trustee may also file the lawsuit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Expansion of the responsibilities of the Securities and Exchange Commission, giving it a more active role in regulating and overseeing the market.
